Christmas Day Domestic Incident Leads to Charges

32 year old David Wisdom of Russell Springs was arrested shortly before 5:00 p.m. Christmas day and charged with Assault, fourth degree, and first degree Strangulation. The arrest was made by Deputy Sheriff Kenny Perkins. Wisdom was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
