In middle school girls basketball action Monday night, the RCMS girls 7th and 8th grade teams both got wins over Adair County.
In the 7th grade game, Russell County won 30 to 25 as Carrigan Carpenter had 15 points.
In the 8th grade game, Russell County also won, 49 to 16. Addison Hart had 20 points and Rachel Bolin had 19 for the Lady Lakers.
Both teams will be in action on Thursday night at Green County.
