Local authorities report the arrest of a Russell County man on theft related charges. According to reports, 35 year old Justin Woodall of Jamestown was arrested by Russell Springs officer Lucas Justice shortly after midnight Sunday on a charge of theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, less than $500. Woodall was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly before 1:00 a.m. Sunday.
