The Laker football game scheduled for this Friday night at Taylor County has been cancelled. Coach Ryan Richardson told WJRS Sports the game was cancelled after a Taylor County player tested positive for COVID-19. The game will not be rescheduled.
Russell County, 6 and 0 on the season and district champions, will open post season action next Friday night, November 13th, at Ron Finley Field.
