The Russell County Fiscal Court will hold a special-called meeting Friday afternoon at 1 p.m.
The meeting will be at the Russell County Courthouse.
There are only two items on the agenda, which pertains to transportation cabinet funds and bill payments.
The meeting is open to the public.
