Rachel was born in Hyden, KY on December 21, 1975, a daughter of Brenda (Hopkins) Bowling and Harold Bowling
Rachel is survived by

two daughters, Lacy Tooley & Tia Collins a sister, Alexis Bowling two brothers, Jason Bowling & Eric Bowling special friend Danny Jones
She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren
She is preceded in death by a son Adrian Trevor Collins
Graveside Service at Trevor Collins Cemetery, Jabez, KY, at 2:00 PM CT on Thursday, October 8th, with Pastor Charles Collins officiating.
Walk through visitation Thursday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT. at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.
