Property tax bills for property owners in the Russell Springs city limits have been mailed out, according to City Clerk Chris Ramsey.
These tax bills consist of both Real Property and Tangibles.
Payments are due by Dec. 31. If paid before Nov. 30, the taxpayer will receive a two percent discount. However, if the tax payment is paid after Dec. 31, a 12 percent penalty will be applied.
