The Russell County Lakers volleyball team will play Monday night at 8 p.m. in the opening round of the 4th Region Tournament.
The Lakers will take on District 15 tournament winner Allen County Scottsville.
The two squads met earlier in the year at the SOKY Slam Tournament. The Lakers came away with a 2-1 victory in that matchup.
The region tournament is being hosted at Russell County High School.
