While things still seem to be a little up in the air about what festivities will be occurring on Halloween, Russell County Judge Executive Gary Robertson said last night that the county will set its normal trick-or-treat hours this year.
Trick-or-treating hours will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Russell County on Halloween.
“The health department is still telling people to be really careful when they go trick-or-treating, so probably just visit relatives and people you know,” Robertson said. “We’re still setting it for 5-8. That’s the hours that we set every year. Hopefully everybody will utilize caution in their trick-or-treating.”
The Lake Cumberland District Health Department released some guidelines for trick-or-treating and other Halloween festivities, which can be found here.
