A Windsor woman was arrested Monday morning on drug trafficking charges. Deputy Sheriff Luke Hughes arrested 43 year old Terena Lynn Bernard shortly before 10 o’clock Monday, charging her with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine. Bernard was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
Also arrested yesterday was 48 year old Robert Young of Jamestown. Young was charged with Intimidating a Witness in a Legal Process, Assault in the fourth degree, terroristic threatening, and contempt of court. Jamestown Police Chief Jeff Kerns made the arrest of Young shortly after two o’clock Monday afternoon.
