Setting tax rates, an agreement with the City of Jamestown, and discussion of possible litigation….those are some of the items on the agenda for the monthly meeting of the Russell County Fiscal Court (this) (Monday) evening.
The Court will also hear monthly reports from Jailer Bobby Dunbar and Sheriff Derek Polston, County Treasurer Kim Fenske, and consider agreements regarding the Emergency 911 Dispatch and the so-called “Rocket Docket” with Commonwealth Attorney Matthew Leveridge.
The meeting will start at 6 o’clock in the fiscal court meeting room on the second floor of the Russell County Courthouse.
