Two persons were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center early Sunday morning in separate incidents.
34-year-old Cody W. Murray of Jamestown was arrested by Fish and Wildlife officers on charges of Assault on a police officer, third degree, a Class D felony, and Disorderly Conduct. Murray was lodged in the detention center shortly after midnight Sunday morning.
Also, 49-year-old Elizabeth Luttrell of Russell Springs was arrested shortly after 1:00 a.m. Sunday by Russell Springs police officer Lucas Justice. Luttrell was charged with wanton endangerment, first degree, a Class D felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, first degree, first offense; D-U-I, and other minor traffic offenses.
