Ruby Starnes, age 93, of Russell Springs, passed away Wednesday, June 24^th, 2020 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown.

She is survived by:

One Son

Ronnie Loy of Jamestown

Three grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Ruby Starnes will be held Saturday, June 27^th at 1:00 pm at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Dixon Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Friday and from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. All COVID-19 restriction are still in place.
