RS Man Arrested Monday

A Russell Springs man was arrested yesterday afternoon on charges of receiving stolen property. Reports are that 53-year-old Paul Mills was arrested by Trooper Zack Scott on Receiving Stolen Property less than $500.

Mills was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly after 5 o’clock yesterday afternoon.
