Russell Springs City Hall will now be open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm until further notice.
Utility bills can be paid one of the following ways:
1. Online at www.russellsprings.net
2. Call in at 270-866-3981 to pay by credit card or debit card
3. Drop off payment in the night deposit box with a copy of your bill along with a check, cash, or money order. Night deposit box is located by the drive thru window at City Hall
4. Stop by the drive thru window during office hours and one of the employees will gladly assist you.
