Joseph Osbert Twyford, age 88, of Russell Springs, passed away Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown.

He was a Mechanic at the Russell County Board of Education.

One grandchild also survives.

All services are private. Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs is in charge of the arrangements.
