Lowell Walter Carter, age 91, of Russell County, passed away Thursday, March 26th, 2020 at the Cumberland County Hospital.
Lowell was a Veteran of the United States Army and a Carpenter.

- Cathy Redmon of Russell Springs
One grandchild also survives.
Cremation was chosen.
Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs is in charge of the arrangements.
