According to jail records, Danny Bolen, age 46 was arrested by Russell Springs Police Officer Matt Parrish and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting under $500.
45-year-old Sean Campbell of Russell Springs was arrested on charges of distributing sexual explicit images without consent and harassing communications. Campbell was arrested by Deputy Kenny Perkins.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
