According to jail records, 28-year-old Cody Cooper was arrested by Trooper Billy Begley with Kentucky State Police and charged with…
· Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense
· Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
· Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, Drug Unspecified.

Cooper was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 4:00 pm on Thursday.
