According to reports, 25-year-old Jeramie Graham of Russell Springs was arrested shortly before noon on Saturday, charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, first-degree first offense, methamphetamine. Graham was also charged with being a persistent felony offender, first degree. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
