Michael Steven “Bass” Tarter, age 63, of Russell Springs, passed away Tuesday, December 31^st, 2019 at Grandview Nursing and Rehab in Campbellsville.

A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. The Lake Cumberland Funeral Home in Somerset is in charge of the arrangements.
