Michael Stephen Dunlap, 64, of Campbellsville, KY passed away Thursday, January 16th, at Nortons Hospital, Louisville, KY

He is survived by
His Wife
• Judy Dunlap of Campbellsville

Two Sons
• Charles Cooper of Greensburg
• Joseph Dunlap of Tennessee

Four grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Michael Dunlap will be held Tuesday, January 21st at 1:00 pm at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Rexroat Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 am Tuesday at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown.
