London Woman Arrested in Jamestown Last Night

A London woman was arrested last night after law enforcement officers responded to a complaint at Adanta in Jamestown.   According to reports, 29 year old Amy Herron was arrested after Deputy Nathan Ginn received a complaint about a female causing problems at Adanta.   Sheriff Derek Polston said that when Ginn arrived at Adanta, the woman had left the store and gone to the Minit mart, across the road on north Main Street in Jamestown.  Herron was located inside the store with items allegedly taken from the store, which had not been paid for.    Deputy Ginn arrested Herron on charges of theft under $500 and also disorderly conduct.  She was lodged in the Russell county detention center
