Bill Sponsored by Sen. Wise to Require an Armed Resource Officer at Kentucky Schools

Wise, R-Campbellsville, said in a floor speech that the requirement for the officers to carry a gun was a major change in a comprehensive school safety bill that lawmakers approved last year but did not fund.
