Paul Clifton Riggins, age 76, of Liberty, passed away Friday, December 6th, 2019 at his residence. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Paul Riggins will be held Wednesday, December 11th at Bruce’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Liberty with burial in the South Fork Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Wednesday at the church. Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs is in charge of the arrangements.
