Phillip D. WIlson, age 69, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, November 15th, 2019 at his residence.
He is survived by:

- Crystal Walters of Russell Springs
One Son
- Jamie Wilson of Russell Springs
One Brother
- Harold Wilson of Russell Springs
Three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
A Memorial Service for Phillip D. Wilson will be held Thursday, November 21st at 11:30 am at Clear Springs Baptist Church. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 am Thursday at the church. The family request donations be made to help with cremation expenses. H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown is in charge of the arrangements.
