The man charged with robbing a Russell Springs bank earlier this year is now back in Russell County.Around 5 o’clock Saturday evening, William Grabel, age 51, of Lafollette, Tennessee was transported from a Pennsylvania jail and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by Russell Springs Police Department units. Grabel was served with a Russell County warrant for Robbery, 2nd degree. The warrant stems from the June 2019 RSPD investigation into the robbery of the BB&T bank in Russell Springs. This investigation is being headed by RSPD Detective Chasity Shirley.
