Phillip Dale Grider, age 77, of Russell Springs, passed away Sunday, September 22nd, 2019 at Stanford Health and Rehab.

He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served in the Vietnam War.

He is survived by:

Four Daughters

  • Natalie Lewis and Barbara Logan, both of Russell Springs
  • Christy Steel of Campbellsville
  • Veronica Chaney of Lexington

One Son

  • Phillip Grider II of Jamestown

Ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.

The family chose care and cremation.
