RS Residents Indicted in Adair

Two Russell County men were recently indicted by the Adair County Grand Jury during their July session, according to court records.

The following were indicted by the grand jury:

• Michael S. Nichols was charged with fleeing or evading the police, 1^st degree, four counts of being a persistent felony offender, first degree, two counts of wanton endangerment, first degree, criminal mischief, 1^st degree, possession of a controlled substance, 1^st degree 1^st offense methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jason S. Stanley was charged with criminal mischief, 1^st degree, and cruelty to animals, 2^nd
