A traffic stop Sunday evening in Jamestown landed a Russell Springs man in the Russell County Detention Center, according to jail records.
Ricky Steve Bernard, 61, was arrested by Jamestown Police Department Officer Jamie Rogers on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs 1st offense, possession of marijuana, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle and no registration plates.
He was lodged in the detention center shortly after 8:30 Sunday night.
