LaTonya Popplewell Scaggs, age 43, of Russell Springs, passed away Sunday, June 30^th, 2019 in Hospice Care at the Russell County Hospital.

She is survived by:

Funeral services for LaTonya Popplewell Scaggs will be held Wednesday, July 3^rd at 1:00 pm at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 am Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. These can be made at the funeral home.
