- George W. Akers of Russell Springs, Possession of a Controlled Substance, First Degree, a Class D Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor
- Shelly Rose of Campbellsville, Perjury, First Degree, a Class D Felony
