A Jabez man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly fleeing from police.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Jonathan Salley Saturday night. He was charged with fleeing or evading police – 2nd degree, possession of marijuana, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to appear, and other traffic violations.
Salley was arrested by Deputy Stone Bolin with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before midnight Saturday.
