Whitley City man facing rape charge in Russell County

A Whitley City man is facing a rape charge in Russell County.

29-year-old Trevor Taylor is charged with rape – third degree.

Taylor was arrested by Kentucky State Police and initially lodged in the Whitley County Jail last Friday, but was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center yesterday.
