Russell Springs man arrested on child abuse charge

A Russell Springs man was arrested on a charge of child abuse yesterday afternoon.

48-year-old Brandy Farrell Tolliver was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with assault fourth degree – child abuse.

Tolliver was arrested by Trooper Sean Sweat with Post 15. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 5 p.m. yesterday.
