Lady Laker Soccer loses close one to Danville

The Lady Laker Soccer team lost a close one to the Danville Lady Admirals last night by a score of 3-2.

Addison Coffey scored both goals for the Lady Lakers. The Lady Lakers combined for 10 saves, with Jasmine Bennett collecting 7 and Liz Evans 3.

In the JV game, The Lady Lakers and Lady Admirals finished at a 2-2 tie. Kelsey Roy and Mailee Cooper each scored a goal for Russell County. Andrea Hernandez had 9 saves.

The Lady Lakers wrap up the regular season on Thursday, hosting Wayne County.
