A Russell Springs man was arrested on burglary and other charges Saturday afternoon.
27-year-old David Smith was arrested and charged with burglary second degree, burglary third degree, assault fourth degree – domestic violence, criminal mischief second degree, and fleeing or evading police.
Smith was arrested by Deputy Bill Greer with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4:30 Saturday afternoon.
