Kentucky State Police arrested a Russell Springs man on drug charges Saturday evening.
46-year-old Jason L. Popplewell was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, license plate not legible, and failure to wear a seat belt.
Popplewell was arrested by Trooper Lee from Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 5:30 Saturday evening.
