The Russell County Fiscal Court is expected to allocate the remainder of its American Rescue Plan funds at its meeting this morning.
The deadline to have those federal funds obligated is December 31.
The court is planning to use remaining funds for payroll expenses and road infrastructure.
The court will meet at 10 this morning in the courtroom of the Russell County Courthouse.
