A Nancy man was arrested on numerous charges yesterday by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
33-year-old Lloyd Chapman was arrested and is charged with unlawful imprisonment first degree, disorderly conduct first degree, public intoxication of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment first degree, terroristic threatening third degree, resisting arrest, harboring a vicious animal, obstructing a highway, and obstructing emergency responders.
Chapman was arrested by Deputy Barber with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 6 p.m. yesterday.
