Thursday Morning Crash in Russell Springs Leaves Two Injured

Two people were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Russell Springs Thursday morning. The crash happened just before 11:30 at the intersection of U.S. 127 and Bernard Lane.

According to a report by Russell Springs Police Officer Brandon Bullock, a 2000 Chevrolet Tracker driven by 66-year-old Curtis Robinson of Harrodsburg was traveling south on U.S. 127 when a 2004 Chevrolet Cruze driven by 37-year-old Laura Chester of Russell Springs was attempting to cross the highway, pulling into the path of Robinson’s vehicle, resulting in the collision.
