Fiscal court to meet in special session Friday morning

The Russell County Fiscal Court will meet in special session Friday morning.

The court will meet at 9:00 at the Russell County Courthouse.

Magistrates are expected to hear a report from the county clerk and open bids for the rubber-modified asphalt project on Clifty Creek Road.

The court is also expected to go into executive session regarding proposed or pending litigation.

The meeting is open to the public.
