A Columbia woman was arrested on drug charges early this morning by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
41-year-old Nikki Riter was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a legend drug, possession of a controlled substance second degree, and controlled prescription substance not in the proper container, among other charges.
Riter was arrested by Deputy Stone Bolin with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4:45 this morning.
