Somerset Police arrested a man over the weekend for allegedly burglarizing the site of a new hotel being built.
Somerset Police say they were alerted Saturday night that a man was burglarizing the Home2 Suites hotel under construction on Jefferson Drive.
When officers arrived on scene, they encountered a man attempting to flee from the inside of the building. The man, identified as 25-year-old Terry S. Moore, was arrested and charged with burglary third degree and theft by unlawful taking. He also had an active warrant for a parole violation.
He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
