A Russell Springs woman was arrested and charged with human trafficking Friday evening.
Kentucky State Police arrested 47-year-old Melina Bell and charged her with human trafficking – commercial sexual activity with the victim being under 18.
Bell was arrested by Trooper McQueary with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 7:15 Friday.
