A Russell Springs man was arrested last night by Russell Springs Police.
37-year-old Samuel M. Skaggs was arrested and charged with criminal mischief first degree and harassment – no physical contact.
Skaggs was arrested by Officer Kendall Catron with the Russell Springs Police Department. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 8:15 last night.
