The annual Kevin’s Kids concert was once again a major success, with over $111,000 raised to support Russell County children.
It was a full house at Russell Springs First Baptist Church on Saturday night for the concert, with the fundraising total announced at $111,757.
That amount could increase in the coming weeks, as there are often late-arriving donations to support the Kevin’s Kids initiative.
The funds are utilized by the school district’s Family Resource and Youth Services Centers in a protected fund to support various needs for local students.
