The Laker Baseball team defeated Cumberland County at home last night by a score of 10-0.
It was a big night for pitcher Blaine Melton, who pitched a two-hit shutout while striking out 11 batters.
Tanner Stringer and Evan Hutchison paced the offense, finishing with 2 hits and 3 RBI each.
The Lakers are off today, but go on the road for a matchup with East Jessamine tomorrow.
