A Jamestown woman was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 92 this morning.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at around 8:30 this morning in the 12o0 block of Highway 92. They say 92-year-old Louise Duff of Jamestown was traveling east in a 2013 Chevy Sonic when she crossed the center line into the path of a 2013 Dodge pickup operated by 45-year-old Ashley Coffey of Jamestown.
Duff was transported to Russell County Hospital by Russell County EMS for injuries sustained in the collision.
Deputy Nathan Bradshaw is the investigating officer. The Jamestown Fire Department assisted at the scene.
