20 people were indicted by a Russell County grand jury this week. Those indicted include the following individuals:
Joshua Bunch, age 36, of Russell Springs, charged with two counts each of criminal solicitation of rape first degree and criminal solicitation of kidnapping.
Raymond Lewis McMillen, age 41, of Edmonton, charged with five counts of sexual abuse first degree involving a victim under the age of 12.
Bryson C. Mann, age 22, of Russell Springs, charged with assault second degree and disorderly conduct second degree.
Dwayne M. Padgett, age 41, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Misti D. Hill, age 44, of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication.
Ronnie Richardson, age 68, of Russell Springs, charged with theft of services – $1,000 or more.
Kathy R. Roberts, age 56, of Nancy, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
David W. Reeder, age 52, of Jamestown, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and communication device violation.
Derek Passmore, age 38, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt.
David Lawless, age 64, and Sherry Lawless, age 59, both of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Augustus Crank, age 28, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Domingo, age 28, of Russell Springs, charged with assault second degree.
Krista Lynch, age 41, of Jamestown, charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree.
Maria Zuniga Pincon, age 58, of Russell Springs and Joel S. Perez, age 30, of Liberty, charged with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana under 8 ounces, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pincon is also charged with driving under the influence and multiple other traffic violations.
Travis Robertson, age 41, of Columbia, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Bryden Woolsey, age 21, of Chandler, Indiana, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
Amanda Bell, age 39, of Russell Springs, charged with fraud or false statement in obtaining benefits over $100.
